VARSITY: Tonight's practice!!!!

Hey everyone!!! We are going to have the weapons ONLY For the first hour... So weapons from 5:30-6:30. Flags you need to be there, stretched and ready to go at 6:30! We are going to run rehearsal like last week. Technique first and then chunking the show.

This is up late so please spread the word to those who may not get on here or don't have a Facebook! See you tonight!!

VARSITY: Monday's Practice

Hey ladies and Adam

For Mondays practice we're going to do a weapons sectional. I can't get there till 4:30. So we will start at 4:30 and we should be done by 5:30. 

Let's do a good hour technique block! 

Flags feel free to come practice in the other half of the gym if you want.

Everyone! I need ONLY weapons from 5:30-6:30! So flags you do NOT need to be there until 6:30 tonight! I know this is late so please spread the word!!!! ALL weapons at 5:30, then FULL team at 6:30! 

Flags if you want to come early and work on your own you can!!!
